Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) teaches skills and strategies that encourage positive self care.

Join us for this free 7-week course of 1.5-hour weekly group sessions.
Free information night for parents and youth will take place on February 12. The session for students in grades 7-9 will take place from February 26-April 9, and the session for students in grades 10-12 will take place from April 30-June 11.
